Is pricing and availability guaranteed?
The pricing and products on our web site contain the most up-to-date information available to our web server database. We update our database frequently in an attempt to make sure the page you view reflects our most current information. From time to time manufacturers change their product lines, change pricing, or may run out of stock on certain items. Sometimes they do not give us complete data for us to display on our web site. Sometimes after looking at your order with artwork the vendor may have other charges not previously disclosed. We will always contact you in these cases before your order is finalized. All custom orders will receive a proof via email and/or fax for your approval before we proceed with your order. In all cases, we will contact you regarding any additional charges before we proceed with manufacturing.
What is your policy regarding customer privacy?
We never provide other parties with access to your email address, postal address, or any other information that we may collect from you.
How often do you contact us?
You will receive a proof with your order and a confirmation of your payment. After 90 days you may occasionally receive reorder reminder notices via US Mail, email, or by fax.
Can I opt out of your reorder reminder notices?
Certainly. Instructions on how to do so are included with every fax and email reminder notice. Your request is recorded the same day it is received. If you wish you can use our contact form at any time to opt out. Please be sure to give us your email address or fax number so we may make sure it is taken out of our database.

What is the average time from the placement of my order
to the delivery of an order?
Every item is different and each product is clearly marked. Production Time means the time
on the factory floor producing your order, always given in working days. Working
days are from Monday - Friday, excluding all US Federal holidays. You should
also allow one business day to process your order and additional time for UPS to
deliver your order.
What is your shipping method?
Most of our vendors use UPS, some Fedex, some USPS. 95% of our orders go out UPS ground.
Do you guarantee shipping charges?
When you receive your proof the shipping charges indicated are our best estimate at the time. We do not charge extra handling or hidden charges in your freight estimate, just the actual freight encurred. If the actual charges differ very much from the estimate, you may be charged additionally when your product has shipped once we have received the freight bill. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Do you guarantee delivery time?
Our delivery time, production time, and in-hands
dates are estimates only. We make every effort to deliver by the in-hands date you
request. If we cannot, we try to tell you as early as possible, even as early as
when you are placing your order. But there are many factors we cannot control, i.e.
the completeness of the artwork you send to us, the time you take in okaying the
proof we send you, UPS delivery service, etc. If you have an event date that you
need your products for, call us first. To be safe always allow extra time for delivery
and do not schedule delivery using our estimates to arrive on the very day you need

Are the marketing products on your web site guaranteed?
All merchandise manufactured or sold by our vendors is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced or your purchase price refunded. Resource Marketing, Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
What are your payment terms?
All services and products need payment in full by credit card or check before services are rendered.
What is your method for collecting my credit card information?
We use 256 bit high encryption Secure Socket Layer SSL technology to make sure that
your credit card information is never revealed during your shopping session. Furthermore, your credit card information is
stripped from all email correspondence during and after the shopping cycle.
Do you store our credit card numbers on your server?
Your credit card information is deleted from our server as soon as your card
is processed and your order has been put through our accounting system to remove any incentives to would-be hackers.
Are there any charges related to ordering electronically?
No. No additional fees are charged when placing an order electronically.

For customer service and other information contact us toll free at 1-800-891-6661, Monday
through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Any calls placed outside those hours will be transferred
to our voice mail system and will be returned the next business day. Calls during
this period reaching a busy signal will be routed to a voice mail system checked
multiple times daily. We also are available 7 days a week via email,
and try to return email within the 2nd business day.
